Loans for McEachran and Van Aanholt

Patrick Van Aanholt and Josh McEachran have both secured loan moves away from Stamford Bridge until the end of the season.

Van Aanholt will be playing his football with Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem while young Josh will be joining Brendan Rodgers at Swansea City.

Josh has appeared for the Blues five times this season, most recently in our 2-1 win against Wolves.  Josh will be joining former Reserves team coach Rodgers which should prove to be very helpful for the 18 year old.  Let’s hope that Josh gets the playing time while with the Swans so that he can gain the confidence he needs to play full time at Chelsea.
