International Place For Leon Best

The toon star Leon Best has got himself a place in the Ireland international squad who will take on Wales. This up coming fixture will take place on the 8th of next month at the Aviva Stadium with the team getting together on the 6th. Leon has been part of his international team sice 2009, since then he has made seven appearances netting no goals. Leon will team up with a few ex-Newcastle stars including Shay Given and Damien Duff; both who are also Premier League players. The fixture against Wales will be the opening game of the Carling Nations Cup that includes every national team in the UK except the England side.
