He signed a five year deal for the blues with a fee believed to be in the region of 35 million pounds agreed with Atletico Madrid.
The transfer I believe proves once again that City can attract the worlds best players. Many people believe he will not just be a good replacement for Tevez but will be even better than him.
That remains to be seen.
Although we may not have to wait very long. City have stated that he may be included in the squad travelling to Ireland for the friendly tournament in Dublin.
