ESSIEN: IT’S AS BAD AS WE THOUGHT!

Chelsea have confirmed on the Official Website the news that Michael Essien will be out for six months.
The statement reads:
Following injury to his right knee in training last week Michael Essien had surgery today to repair a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus.The surgery was successful and Michael’s full recovery could take up to six months.
Andre Villas-Boas said: ‘Everyone at Chelsea wishes Michael well for his recovery. His team-mates and all the staff and I look forward to helping him return to playing as soon as possible.’
Does this mean AVB will now look to bring in a replacement and who would you want Chelsea to sign and give your reasons as to why YOU BELIEVE they would be the perfect replacement.
We wish Essien a speedy recovery once again!.
