Cesc ‘deserves’ to join Barcelona?

When will FIFA take a stand and deal out some punishment to Barcelona players? Last year it was Puyol, now this summer it seems more Barcelona players are joining the ‘tapping up’ of Fabregas saga.

Speaking to the Sun, David Villa has said that Cesc deserves the return to Barcelona;

I have a soft spot for Cesc. You know what he would give to the team.

I hope he can come to Barcelona. Not only as a player but as someone who deserves to return.

We all know what he’d give to this current Barcelona team, a warm seat on the bench. What exactly would he add David?

Sorry but Barcelona are due some serious fines coming their way. Last year we suffered a whole summer of player after player from Barcelona telling us how Cesc wants to return, how Cesc’s DNA is Barcelona, how much HE wants to join them for success. Surely the powers that be must take action.

The transfer window hasnt even opened yet and they’re already started to try to unsettle Cesc. Wenger has said he’ll fight hard to keep Cesc, and with a reported £54m price tag on him, Barcelona must come to the table with a respectable offer for anything to even begin.

FIFA, grow some bollocks (HA!) and take a stand. We know Barcelona are the lovechild of FIFA and because of this they get preferential treatment, but when such blatant tapping up is happening, it needs to be addressed.

Oh, and maybe young Jack should learn to cool it on Twitter.
