Chelsea lose out as David Silva joins Man City for £27m!
According to reports this evening, the Valencia and Spain midfielder David Silva has agreed to join Manchester City for £27m, but if Roque Santa Cruz goes the other way then the price will be reduced to just £21m, but that depends on how negotiations go on between Santa Cruz and Valencia.

Arsenal rumours 27th April – Subotic, Frey, Santa Cruz and Rene Adler
There is another good selection of Arsenal transfer rumours coming in today. The transfer window hasn’t even opened and Arsene Wenger has already been linked with about 20 possible transfer targets, and at least five goalkeepers!
