Best Injured And Out Of Ireland Squad

The toon striker Leon Best picked up a small hamstring injury in today’s Premier League match against Arsenal. Leon scored one goal at St.James Park today in the 4-4 draw over the title contenders. This is Newcastle’s latest blow since losing Shola Ameobi during the week away to Fulham. The 24 year old Republic of Ireland international star will now miss Tuesday’s Carling Nations Cup tie against Wales.
